Booking would normally close 93 days in advance before the journey in case of tour by train &03 days before the journey in case of tour by bus subject to availability of seats in Train / Bus. |

The package rate includes charges for transportation, sightseeing, accommodation and food. |

If there is any increase in Railway / Bus fares the difference of the fare to be borne by the tourist. |

All rooms will be provided on twin sharing basis however if a person travels as a solo person he/she will be charged extra for single occupancy throughout the journey. |

For infants (below five years) the rate are taken as administrative cost.(without bus / train seats and specific accommodation). |

Rs.2,000/- per seat is to be deposited at the time of booking of package & the balance amount to be paid before 15 days of the journey . |

Place of commencement of the tour would be as per the tour programme & if there is any change the tour. |

Tickets are not transferable. |

In case of cancellation of any kind of transportation related to the tour Panways will not undertake any financial liabilities/responsibilities for this. However the tour conducting manager will help to arrange alternative transportation. |

Accompanying luggage should be light & essential items like medicines, umbrella, touch etc, are to be carried by the tourist. |

In case of any medical problem during the tour all expenses are to be borne by the tourist. |

In case adventurous high altitude tours tourist must submit requird bond & current fitness certificate both before the date of journey. |

Panways will not undertake any liability towards any loss or damage of life, property or any other belongings whatsoever of the tourist in course of the tour. |

Sick, disabled person with contagous disease will not be allowed in the tour. |

Coolie, porter, pilgrim tax, entry permit fees, local conveyance, camera charges, boating charges, taxes etc, are to be borne by the tourist. |

Almost of seats / rooms would be according to the discretion of the tour conduction manager. Confirm Berths/ Seats allotted by the railway during train journey is final & to be accepted by individual tourist. |

The tour conducting manager’s decision on any matter / dispute would be final. |

23In case a party opts for a higher rated room (i.e.A/C Room) extra amount would be added to the tour price. |

CANCELLATION RULES |

Percentage of deduction on total package rates: i) 25% before 30 days ii) 30% before 15 days iii) 80 % before 03 days iv) 100% within 03 days. |
